HammerBooked ("we", "us") builds and operates lead-generation landing pages and booking tools on behalf of local roofing and home-services contractors ("our clients"). This policy explains what information we collect when you submit a form or request a call, and how it is used.

Information we collect

When you fill out a form or request an inspection, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, street address or ZIP, and any details about your project. We may also record the ad or page you came from.

How we use it

To contact you about the free inspection or quote you requested — by phone, text (SMS), and/or email.
To schedule and confirm your appointment.
To pass your request to the local roofing contractor who will perform the work.

SMS / text messaging consent. By submitting your phone number you agree to receive text messages from us and the contractor about your request (appointment scheduling and follow-up). Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Who we share it with

We share your request with the specific local contractor fulfilling it, and with service providers that help us operate (messaging, hosting, scheduling). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for unrelated marketing.
